Did you know one out of every three bites of our food, including fruits, vegetables, chocolate, coffee, nuts, and spices, is created with the help of pollinators? The focus of this workshop, taught by Maria Plitt, is everything Pollination. Learn about pollinator plants and the animals so key to nature’s food supply.

Over the five weeks, you will start pollinator plants in the greenhouse, learn about pollination, how to create pollinator meadows, and insect hotels. At the end of the workshop, you’ll take home the pollinator seedlings and your insect hotel to put what you’ve learned to the test.
