HARVEST TO HEALTH

FEATURING NADIA ERNESTUS

BACKGROUND

NADIA ERNESTUS

Nadia Ernestus is a well-known Health Coach based in The Hamptons, New York. A graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, she leads workshops on nutrition and wellness. After successful careers on Wall Street and in real estate, Nadia shifted focus to her passion for healthy living. She reversed her own Stage 2 diabetes through diet and now helps others achieve sustainable health using local, organic foods.

Nadia, originally from Russia, draws on her early experience of making homemade foods and products to guide her clients. She launched her first health workshops in 2012, including “12 Steps to Better Health” and “The Non-Diet,” a weight-loss program without calorie counting. Her most popular workshop, “Easy Fermenting: Sauerkraut and Kombucha,” led her to start Hamptons Brine, a successful fermented foods business she sold in 2021 to return to teaching workshops.
