What The Fork Are You Eating, is designed to help you remove your obstacles, whether lack of knowledge and skills, confusion, perceived access to and cost of healthy food, and time.
This 15-week in person immersive course, created and taught by Culinary Nutritionist, author of What the Fork Are You Eating, and Founder of WTFork.com, Stefanie Sacks, MS, CNS, CDN, will give you the foundations you need to start or continue your journey to optimal health and wellbeing.
WORKSHOP ONE: KITCHEN AND INGREDIENT ESSENTIALS
Tuesdays, April 18th – May 16th
From tools you can use to whole foods essentials from items that every kitchen needs (oils, vinegars, herbs, spices and other condiments) and pantry foundations, to produce plus plant and animal protein, explore the very basics needed to build balanced dishes.
WORKSHOP TWO: RECIPE ESSENTIALS
Tuesdays, May 30th – June 27th
Create a library of go-to basic recipes in 5 sessions. These healthier versions of classic dishes will help you develop a repertoire of simple, nutritious, and delicious dishes. Along the way, explore tips and tricks to help tweak any family favorite into its more nutritious version.
WORKSHOP THREE: MEAL ESSENTIALS
Tuesdays, September 19th – October 17th
Create 5 balanced, healthy meals that are thoughtfully paired and learn ingredient swaps to satisfy all palates. From planning and prepping to cooking, develop a rhythm in the kitchen that feels comfortable and productive. Each class features a 5-course menu.
This course is intended for:

- Those who know how to cook, but want to learn more
